The units operate by turning lighting on when they detect the difference between infrared energy from a human body in motion and the background space.After the area is vacated and the time delay elapses, lighting automatically turns off.

This Occupency Sensor is NIB. It has some black on the top of it from ridding around in van. See pic. You won't find it cheaper than this.
