Double Motion Vacuum Kettle,Model 30D9MT, stainless steel construction, domed top, hemispherical bottom, rated 60 PSI and full vacuum @ 287 degrees F, jacketed for 40 PSI @ 287 degrees F, double motion agitator with side wall scrape and inner opposing paddles driven by 1 HP 230/460 volt XP motor, tilt out agitator with pneumatic cylinder, 6" hand hole, (3) 2", (2) 1" top nozzles, 2" bottom outlet, Serial No. A-8240, National Board No. 3046, New 1983.
