This is a used Motorola HT1000 (HT-1000) portable hand-held radio transceiver.
* It is model number: H01RDC9AA3BN or H01RDC9AA3AN.
* It is UHF with a band split of 403-470 MHz. These frequencies are usable for many businesses and public service use (police, fire, ems, etc). This radio can be programmed to the ham (amateur) radio 440 band!
* Channel spacing can be programmed to either the 12.5 kHz new narrow spacing OR the older 25 kHz spacing.
* There are 16 channels and also the three-position programmable toggle (A, B, C) switch on the top of the radio.
* The radio is guaranteed NOT DOA for transmit and receive. Guaranteed to program.
* There are three side-programmable buttons and the "quick disconnect" accessory port.
* There is also a top mounted emergency button.
* Power levels can be programmed at 5 watts or 1 watt for each channel.
* This radio can be programmed to scan.
