This is a portable AC power supply, an Hewlett Packard 85901A. It does not have batteries so I can't test it,
but it does power on. It includes an AC power cord (for charging) and the manual. It looks to be in good
condition. This is normally used with their portable spectrum analyzers to provide field operation where there
