* Stainless sinks usually have bent corners
* Occassionally, there are some small dents inside of the bowls
* Cast Iron sinks often times have some light cracking in the finish
* Tubs, Showers, Whirlpool Tubs:
* Most have damage on the flange that gets covered by drywall
* Some have cracks or holes on the edges, skirts, or minor damage to the gel-coat (about a $60 repair in most cases)
* Occassionaly, there are some missing items...we cannot confirm whether this is the case however
* Small nicks, scratches, or dings may be present on the finish
* Wherever possible, we will photograph and/or describe the damage or known defects
* Sometimes, we don't find any problems with an item...this doesn't mean none exist...just that we didn't find any
* Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to go over every square inch of these items with a fine-toothed comb
