USED: Mojonnier processor/kettle, 700 gallon, 304 stainless steel, vertical. 64" diameter x 51" straight side, dished top, inverted dished bottom. Channel jacketed, no tag. Stainless steel agitator mount with an off center 1-1/2" diameter shaft with a 16" diameter mixing disc, driven by a 5 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1740 rpm motor with reducer, ratio 4:1. Openings: top (2) 2" tri clamp, 3" tri clamp, 3" NPT, 16" manway with cover; 3" tri clamp side bottom outlet. Mounted on 4 stainless steel legs. Approx 24" discharge height.
