New 100W 808NM coherent laser diode bar - - dpss - yag

If you have mounted a diode chip before, you will most likely find mounting a whole bar even easier (as they dont blow away if someone sneezes on the other side of the room) as long as you are carefull to ensure good solder wetting to avoid voids. An acomplished enthusiast could expect to get 3w of green without too much trouble out of a side pumped rod DPSS, although this is obviously not a project suitable for your average first time experimenter.
