This neat wire bending tool dates to the 1950's and it is complete in box with instructions.It was made by Vinkemulder Mfg.Co. Grand Rapids,Mich.The box is a little rough but the tool and instructions are in excellent condition.After reading what you can do with this tool I was very reluctant to list it for sale.< NO RESERVE >
