This is an assortment of 6 new old stock 8048 Microcontroller Chips. You get three Intel P8048AH (1982) and three Intel P8048H (1977).
The P stands for plastic, the AH or H stands for N-channel silicon-gate HMOS process.
The 8048 has 64 bytes of RAM and 1 KB masked ROM.
These chips are classics. The 8048 was one of the first microcontrollers and is still in use today.
