These are new / unused items. We use them ourselves in our shop and they work great! (Quality is just as good as their namebrand & much more expensive counterparts like DeWalt, Bosch, etc).
They will fit most angle grinders with a 5/8"-11 threaded arbor and they are rated 12500 Max RPM.
