Subject Unusual machinist tools bear brand circular file set
This is a very unusual set in good used condition. Sizes range from .550 up to 1.245. The lid is broken and missing a piece of it. The set is made in U.S.A. by Elchin & Elchin Inc., San Francisco Cleveland. The box the set is in is made off a plastic possibly bakalite.
