Heavy Duty Locking Caster in set of four with inserts. The wheels are constructed of a durable, hard rubber-like material and are 3 1/2" in diameter. The stems are unthreaded and are 1 1/2" in length and have a diameter of 3/8". The swivel, stem insert is made of a hardened plastic in black.
