This Kokusai Vertron vertical diffusion furnace, and cabinet, is used surplus. Both are in used condition, Most of the parts have been stripped out, but they are not bare. The furnace includes two wafer indexers and some parts on the inside. There are several wafer cassettes holders inside the chamber. All cables have been cut. The accompanying cabinet includes valves and MFCS, electronics, but it appears that the main parts have been removed.
