140MW 650NM burning laser diode & module w/ collimator

This unit has been tested and working. If you wish to see more pics of the working module please pm me.
-First, this is not like a laser pointer that you might pick up at a office supply store. It is a very powerful laser that is strong enough to light matches or pop balloons. Care should be taken when using. Protective eyeware is recomended.
-Third, make sure to research proper drive for the diode. SELLER is not responsible for diodes that are destroyed in a short period of time due to overstressing the unit. If item is DOA I will refund/replace item. (if connecting directly to a AA battery do not run for more then 60seconds.)
-You should be aware of ESD and understand the effects and precautions to keep yourself and then device safe.
The optimal drive for this module is 2.8v
