Subject South bend lathe tool rest handle
This is a handle that can be used in place of the dial micrometer for a 9" south bend lathe.
The casting has been cut away I think to get a little more travel. It is still sturdy and no cracks.
It slides the tool rest forward and back by moving the handle.
unscrew your dial mic on your saddle (not included). Insert the THREAD ADAPTOR (Not included). then attach the LOWER GEAR (not included) with BOLT (not included) onto the saddle. On the one end of the tool rest (not included) there are two threaded holes to mount the HANDLE BODY (included)
you will get only the handle body shown in the three pictures.
I do not have any of the other pieces that you may need. I thought that maybe someone could use it anyway
