Used to transfer programmed information between any two BK Radio portable radios in compatible frequency ranges.
Clone frequencies information and settings between a 1988 LPH and a brand new P25 DPH, or anything in between!
(can clone between CMD and CMD)
BK Radio offers two cables to achieve radio-to-radio cloning.
The LAA0700 is the original standard cloning cable, identifiable by the single programming button.
The G/ECC, or smart cable, was introduced with the release of the GPH to accommodate a change in internal radio technology. The G/ECC is identified by a programming button on each end.
Hint: Unless the housing has been changed the standard cable will clone between like colored radios (black or gray).
When cloning between black and gray radios the G/ECC is required.
