We are not the original owners so we REALLY do NOT know much about this lot such as their condition, completeness, etc.
However we will tell you what we see :-)
The panel says: OMEGALARM 4012/8012
It measures approximately ~ 10" x ~ 6 1/2" x ~ 1 7/8"
The left side has a terminal block with 10 screws
The bottom side has a terminal block with 12 screws
The right side has a terminal block with 10 screws with 5 screws missing.
The metal enclosure says: OMEGALARM NY RADIONICS, INC.
It measures approximately ~ 14 3/8" x ~ 14 1/4" x ~ 3"
It has used and unused knockout (KOs) which look like approximately ~ 1/2"
The right side has one unpunched KO and one KO punched out.
The bottom has an unpunched KO
The left side has an unpunched KO and a red pushbutton.
The front has a hole where a lock might have been removed or can be installed.

The alarm metal enclosure is very rusty especially on the bottom and edges.
Also, it has several scratches and paint chips.
