You are looking at a Caterpilllar dual wheel pneumatic forklift truck. This machine runs and operates.
The engine is an Isuzu diesel and starts well in cold weather. We have two pictures to show any smoke at acceleration and then at full throttle.
Transmission is two speed automatic but will need some work. The transmission pump pressure is great at 150 psi and the clutches lock-in as they should. However, on a grade this lift will not carry much of a load. We think it is probably the torque convertER but can not guarantee that. Carriage is 80" and is equipped with a sideshift attachement. The side shift has been locked into position. The capacity is 15,500 lb at 24" load center without the attachement, however, the sideshift will reduces this to 14,500 lb.
Other Equipent issues: Sideshift may be operational but is locked into position. Engine rear main seal leaks. Handbrake assy needs replacement. This forklift could be used right now but will need these repairs.
Lowered overall height is 122".
Length not including forks is 150".
