I have no idea how to test this item. At turn on it had a loud alarm. I moved a switch and it silenced it.
The displays work and that is as far as I could gol
At turn on the CRT glows at the bottom (trace out of sight). Press one of the button and the trace becomes a dot in the center of the CRT. I assume you need the correct signal to get a true display.
