Bottom O-ring is loose and needs replacement (see photo).
Gauge housing is loose (two screws missing from back).

* Accurate—Read pressures on top gauge and get direct weight measurements by rotating the shroud to the corresponding number. Weight measurement appears on shroud at level of refrigerant in sight glass.

* Fast—Heaters overcome the equalization of pressures between the system and the cylinder, speeding the transfer of refrigerant and ensuring a complete charge.
* Easy to Use—The sight glass lets you see the amount of refrigerant in the cylinder. Shrouds are clearly calibrated for specific refrigerants, making it quick and easy to charge to factory specifications. For safety, all cylinders come with pressure relief valves; they automatically reset when a safe working pressure is restored.
