Not exactly sure about this item. The over socks are made of Kevlar and I believe them to be made to protect or support the calf / lower leg. I think the hole goes over your knee. There is a support band at the bottom. I suppose you could wear these on your forearms as well. Dunno. Well made, 100% kevlar fiber, and measure about 17" long. I suppose they could be used with the leather boot protectors/leggings I have also listed in my store. You get 2 pairs, 4 in total.
