This is a NEW MKS HPS stainless steel high vacuum valve with 2-3/4" Conflat type flanges.
* stainless steel right angle valve
* 2-3/4" Conflat type flanges
* actuation is bellows sealed
* pneumatic actuation (air to open, spring to close)
* 1/8" NPT port for pneumatic actuator
* limit switches to indicated open/closed status
