This series of GaAs FET amplifiers offers a highly reliable yet cost effective solution for most microwave applications. Balanced circuitry ensures stable operation with excellent dynamic range and low Return Losses.
Thin film MIC construction ensures optimum reliability. Specifications are given at +25 degree Celcius, yet the amplifiers will operate over the full military temperature ranges. Temperature compensated versions are available. The SMA connectors are removable for drop-in applications.
