We son't know anything about this, if there is a test we can do for you, we will be happy to do so. Make sure to give specific instructions as to what you'd like us to do.
TESTING: We pluged it in and turned it on. The motor/insides came on and made a whirring sound. A red indicator light lit up in the readout display.
DAMAGE: There was a loose piece with it that we managed to run over with our hand truck, it looks like it was the plotting pen for the graphing/charting. Otherwise, this is really quite clean and nice-looking.
Will be packed in a 26 x 20 x 17" carton with Expanding foam inserts.
