The HP E5124A OC-3/STM-1 Interface Pod is a self-contained, plug-in module. It is used in conjunction with the HP E5200A Broadband Service Analyzer to test & analyze specific areas of a system under test. The 155Mb/s optical interface is for short & intermediate reach single mode fiber systems at a nominal wavelength of 1310 nm.
The Interface Pod has four operating modes:
