Morse taper ? tool holder driver for 1/4" npt pipe tap

Item ........................ This is for one Tool holder for Holding size 1/4" pipe taps.

Shank ..................... I am not sure, it looks like Morse Taper #2 but it is a little shorter than standard morse taper so it might be a special taper?
Condition .............. Nice used
This is not an actual photo but it is pretty much identical to the one in the photo, I have had a few of them in the past that were pretty much all the same so I have used this same photo for each one.
