Electric clutch assy 24V dc 25P sprocket 1-1828

Used, good condition. Unusual, light-duty power transmission assembly removed from copy machines. Includes a 24 VDC clutch and a fine tooth gear mounted on a 3/8" diameter steel shaft. The clutch friction plate is bolted to a 25 pitch sprocket. The gear is secured to the shaft with a roll pin. In the unpowered state the sprocket spins freely. When the clutch is powered, the sprocket and the gear rotate together. The steel shaft rides in bronze bushings mounted in an aluminum bracket. The gear, clutch and sprocket can easily be removed from the aluminum bracket and from the shaft (see additional pictures).
