Manufacturer's Description: The Streckfuss model A075 is designed to straighten cut the leads of dual in-line components utilizing a tube-to-tube feeding configuration. Fully adjustable, the A075 requires no die changes, which allows a wide range of component sizes to be processed quickly and easily. The cut length and lead span adjustment are displayed on a digital panel meter and the operating speed is infinitely variable.
Test Notes: We connected the control console and a pneumatic line to the main piece of equipment. Upon power up, the LED counter display worked in all three positions and the power light came on. When the speed variable dial was increased, the speed of the motor increased and the straightening/cutting assembly started to work. Around 50 on the speed dial is when the motor slowly started to turn and at 70 to 100 is where it had the most variable of speeds. There is some light surface rust and the belt is old and crumbly, though it still works okay.
