Condition .............. Good used. The 2 set screws are with it.
This is not an actual photo but it is just like the one in the photo but a little longer and not as shiny, has some very light surface corrosion from shelf time, nothing serious. I have had a few of them in the past that were pretty much all the same so I have used this same photo for each one. The shank is the same size as the body diameter it does not have a turned down shank like the one below.
