Non-activated, white rosin flux (conforms to MIL-F-14256F, Type R). Minimizes the risk of heat damage, and will not leave ionic contamination on PC boards. 5 and 10-ft. rolls are packaged in an ESD-safe, static-dissipative bobbin.
