Rosler rotary vibrators have a bowl with a slope, separator flap and 2 speeds as standard. During the working cycle, the parts to be treated and the abrasives run through the bowl in a circular paith, while the mix simultaneously performs a spiral movement from the outer to the inner wall of the bowl, the motor being operated at the high speed (1500 rpm).
Working Bowl: Sturdy, vibration-resistant welded structure.
Drive System: Standard motor design with 2 speeds (1500 and 1000 rpm) to be selected at choice.
Machine Base: Octogonal structure with 8 vibration dampers.
