New 4) 6" rwm casters with swivel lock

For sale are 4) 6" x 2" Wheel Polypropylene, 7 1/2" tall caster OAH. Units have thread Guards on each side of the caster. Made in the USA. 650-Cap CA Wheel, bolt plate 4" x 4 1/2" , bolt holes are 3" x 3" center to center slotted to 2 5/8" x 3 5/8" and the bolt size is 3/8". These are New Surplus wheels.
