This is for a pair of 2. (12,000lb. breaking strength). These straps are manufacutered with 2" material around the tire and 4" material over the top, with 3 SPOTS where the winch strap can go through the top strap and 3 SPOTS where the cinch strap can go through the front strap with the flat hook. With these easy adjustments you can tow cars with wheels from 31" to 35" and low profile tires. There is a winch strap on 1 end and a heavy duty 2" flat hook on the other end. All DOT and related regulations exceeded. All products will be tagged with recommened specification and warning usages.
