Generator military '85,40KW, portable,

It has disconnects and plugs for 110 and 220. The motor is connected to a starter button on the outside of the unit which will start the engine. There are lights in the unit that light up when the generator is running. I have a technical manual for it and, as far as I know, it cannot be towed out on the street (I have used a flat bed tow truck when I have needed to move it).
