Dual metal wire bender double die

A dual bender that does 2 operations on each side at the same time. There are two handles that can be operated at the same time or one at a time. In the back in the middle is a locking mechanism that when the handle is raised it locks the work piece in place. On the left side is a stop for repetitive work or the stop can be removed for any length work piece. Once the work piece is locked in position the two handles are rotated bending the work piece around the first stationary die. As the handles are further rotated the work piece ends are bent outwards around the smaller die in the front. The locking handle is then moved back and the finished piece is removed. The locking mechanism will accept a work piece up to 0.175 thick. More than one wire or other work pieces can be stocked on top of each other up to 1". The stop can be set to about 10" or it can be removed for longer pieces. The two dies can be replaced with different shape dies. There are 4 mounting holes ort it can be used as portable. The base is 11" x 8" x 7/8" thick and the handles are 18" long. It will bend wire, flat or square stock to a shape as shown in the two samples. These shapes were used for a lampshade wires that go around the bulb. A small washer is placed around the wires to hold them closed as shown in one of the samples.
