This book is in GOOD+ CONDITION....In my experience, this book is in exceptionally nice condition for this kind of book from the 1920s....The pages are generally in excellent condition: clean and unmarked with no creases or tears....The only exceptions that I found are: one page has several very very small pencil markings (which could probably be erased) and three pages have a very small brown stain in the margin and a fourth page has a light brown stain that is less than a half inch....The binding is in good shape and the cover has some light edge and surface wear.
