In an ATE system, it is usually necessary to connect instruments to a variety of points. The HFS10 provides this capability by taking advantage of the SigmaSeries architecture. Through the High Frequency bus, the HFS10 can connect one of six external lines to either the Waveform Recorder (WFR10), Function Generator (FNG10) or Univeral Counter Timer (UCT10). The Digital Multimeter can (DMM10) can also be connected to any of the six signals through the High Accuracy bus.
