The PCI-DIO-96 is a 96-bit parallel digital I/O board for computers with PCI. This board uses four 24-bit programmable peripheral interfaces (PPIs). You can divide each PPI into three 8-bit ports. The PCI-DIO-96 is flexible for interfacing to peripherals or other computers. The board can operate in either a unidirectional or bi-directional mode as well as handshake with peripheral equipment
