ALL Ham Radio Items are previously owned and well taken care of, by a 40 year ham operator license holder, WB7RRA. He was a very meticulous, and knowledgable operator, who took very good care of all equipment he owned and used. His Ham Shack was Non Smoking. Ive done my best to test all equipment, and all is in working order, unless other wise described.
This is a Hewlett packard 5315B 100 MHz Universal Counter in great working order. Unit has no dings, or cracks. There is a scratch, and small stain on the bottom Info plate, as shown in pic. You also get a Operating and Service manual.
The unit measures signals over a range from 0.1 Hz to 100 MHz
