I CUTTED THE ENDS TO MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO RE-INSTALL ON ANY VEHICLE.
PLEASE REVIEW THE EPA'S GUIDLINES ON CATALYTIC CONVERTER.
THE SECOND PICTURE, MAYBE ITS NOT FROM ACTUAL ITEM, JUST TO SHOW HOW I WILL TRIM THIS CAT TO MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO RE-USE
