I am a small company with 2 employees , am located in a low rent industrial district in Kansas city ( freight is very reasonable coming out of the midwest). we have a large inside dry storage area with no heat or and use sky lights for light, my office is in a job site trailer, you get the picture if anyone is cheaper than me it is because they are working out of there house and have no inventory in stock, We stock lots of material and pass the savings on to you.
