Pouch is new, unused and in factory package. Mil-Spec and compliant, pouch is constructed from 600 Cordura Nylon with self healing zipper closure. Interior has waterproof lining to keep maps, documents, etc. clean and dry. Front has large Velcro panel for ID patches, etc. and also has tactical flashlight holder for small light like the Scorpion and the Strion.
