This unit has been around for awhile BUT is fully functional!
This unit is in very good condition for its age, (30+ years old?). The meter is fully functional and nearly 100% readable. All sockets appear to be functional (as I have tested several tubes on the unit). NO damage of any kind is evident. The case has been repainted at some point in the past. The case is solid with solid hinges. The unit contains documentation as to how to use it with the proper settings etc to effectively test tubes. Documentation contains all specifics as to how to test EACH tube type, both common and not so common. Don't pass this one up!
