This crimper is new. For Steel Strapping. Double Notch.
Made in the USA by Midwest Industrial Packaging (Model MIP-1100).
The opening fits 5/8" seals. May work on 1/2" depending on your seals.
It has been sitting for a while and has a few tiny rust spots.
