This is a Samwell (?) highpass filter type 234.
When tested over the range 0.5 to 1300MHz it has a pass frequency of 200 to 1000MHz. From the label it is only used from 200 to 500MHz. At 100MHz the response is -50dB down. 50 ohm N connectors at each end.
