NEW Baileigh Model 800 Tube and Pipe Notcher
Capacity: 1” to 3” OD tubing, pipe or solids
Under 1” is achieved by optional .50” cutter and adapter bushing
Power: 110 volt, 15 amp, single phase
· Single direction handwheel allows user to feed cutter through an eccentric path
· Operator adjusted eccentric path requires only one new or resharpened cutter.
· Cross slide table, angle vise and V-jaws can be individually calibrated
· Changeover from one diameter to another is accomplished very fast
Machine can be used to plunge, cut holes through tube wall or create perfect weld joints
