* 8 pane glossy foldout measuring about 8 1/2" x 11". Opens to 11" x 28 1/2". Panes are 3 differnt sizes.
* Brochure has medium creasing.
* This item was in a binder causing a press line top to bottom near the spine.
* Top left has one paper clip impression.
* Two of the factory spine folds are split at the bottom about 1/2".
* Back cover has one (tape?) mark. There are no wrinkles, peel marks or glue only dicoloration. See last picture.
* Original issue guaranteed.
* Clean. No fingerprints or soiling.
* Rare. Hard to find in any condition.
Overall condition is VERY GOOD .....
