This is the system used for cooling CNC laser cutting machines, Laser fusion experiments, Laser welding, etc.. For any CO2 laser system up to 125Watts. Try one of our focusing optics for cutting.
Input Voltage = 9-14vdc @ 3amps max
Included in kit: Two 2 (14" Length X 6.5" Wide X 1.0" Thick aluminum heat exchangers / radiators with a heat rejection factor of 18,000 BTU each for a total of 36,000 BTU), Two 2 high temperature hoses each 36" long, two mounting kits, 4 aluminum high flow fans with finger protectors.
This kit works flawlessly with our laser systems. It will cool any of the systems we sell. This is our top of the line cooling system. We do offer a single heat exchanger system for smaller systems. Below you can see one of our tubes. The tubes have silicon hose. You can see the inlet nipples for the cooling system. Basically a radiator and pump will attach to each end of the tube. See the diagram below.
You can see above how simple it is to setup the cooling system on any liquid cooled laser tube. I'm sure this system can also be used to cool your CPU or Video card. It will keep it at or below room temperature. This system will accept pure antifreeze, water or a mixture of the two. The heat exchangers are rated for any non-corrosive liquid including but limited to water, alcohol, oil, fuel, etc...
