This unit comes with four Tek P6139A, 500 MHz bandwidth, passive probes, two P6245 active FET, SMT, 1.5 GHz bandwidth probes, two P6243 active FET, SMT, 1 GHz bandwidth probes, one P6231 active FET, variable offset, 1.5 GHz bandwidth probe, one Video Display Clamp, tek P/N: 013-0278-00, and a 5-day right-of-refusal/right-of-return (RoR). Also included is a protective front panel cover and a CD with all pertinent documentation including: user manual, programmers manual, reference manual, service manual, and programming examples.
