Unit Design MDS 100 Automatic Soldering Machine
The MDS 100 is perfect for applications that don't require radiant pre-heat The MDS 100 is perfect for smaller production requirements. With our custom built-in heaters, the MDS 100 is capable of reaching solder temperatures of 700° F (370° C). This allows for soldering with a majority of lead-free alloys using our standard machine.
The interface is capable of showing a constant display of all settings including set and actual solder temperature.
The MDS 100 is perfect for rosin-based fluxes. The foam fluxer is equipped with a precision air-regulation system for constant flux-foam height. The flux system is equipped with a high-velocity air knife.
Two lift-off interchangeable carriers come standard with each MDS 100 - one can be loaded while the other is in use. I have 5 carriers that come with this unit.
An automatic dross skimmer is built into each MDS 100.
Our MDS 100 comes equipped with all of our standard features.

The unit runs on 220vac 60 cycle single phase.
Additional carriers make your MDS 100 more efficient. High production numbers of small boards are achieved by using three carriers and two operators.
